What each status actually means
A status in our system is a record of something that happened, entered by the person it happened to, with the time it happened. It is not a guess made to close a phone call.
Booked
The consignment note is raised, the addresses are frozen and the e-way bill is recorded against it. From this point the LR number is what everything is filed under.
Vehicle assigned
A specific truck and driver are attached to your consignment. The registration number and the driver name appear in your portal, and Part B of the e-way bill is updated.
In transit
Live GPS position and speed, refreshed continuously. On a part load you can see the vehicle right up until your goods come off it — and not one kilometre further.
Delivered
The delivery copy is signed and stamped at the consignee gate, photographed on the spot and attached to the consignment before the driver leaves.
Invoiced
The GST invoice is raised with the place of supply and charge mechanism applied correctly, and appears in your portal the same week.
