What we move

Six services. One set of documents.

Full loads, part loads and everything the paperwork around them requires. Each one is quoted against a named vehicle type and a transit time we can actually hold.

01

Full truck load

The whole vehicle is yours. Nothing else is loaded on it, so it leaves when you are ready and it goes where you send it without a single intermediate stop. This is the fastest road option on any lane and the one to use when the goods are fragile, high value, or on a fixed delivery slot.

  • Direct point to point, no transshipment
  • 5, 9, 13, 19, 25 tonne bodies
  • Vehicle placed at your gate on your date
  • Single LR, single invoice
02

Part load & consolidation

Most senders (consignors) do not have twenty-five tonnes to send. We hold regular departures on our main lanes and build a full vehicle out of several companies’ goods. You are charged for the weight or volume you actually send, whichever is greater, and your paperwork never touches anyone else’s.

  • Charged on chargeable weight, not on a full truck
  • Scheduled departures on trunk lanes
  • Your own LR and your own GST invoice
  • Tracking stops the moment your goods are unloaded
03

Multi-drop distribution

For distributors delivering to dealers, and for anyone sending to several branches in one region. We plan the drop order against the route rather than the order the bookings arrived, and every drop closes with its own signed delivery copy.

  • Drop order planned against the route
  • Per-drop proof of delivery
  • Per-drop status in the portal
  • Return of empties on the same vehicle
04

E-way bill compliance

An expired e-way bill is a detained truck and a penalty. The number and its validity are held against the consignment in our system, and the operations desk is warned before the validity runs out so an extension is filed while the vehicle is still moving.

  • E-way bill held against the consignment
  • Expiry warning before the validity lapses
  • Part-B updated on every vehicle change
  • Documents retrievable during an inspection
05

GST-correct invoicing

Goods transport invoicing goes wrong more often than any other part of this business, and the cost lands on your input credit rather than ours. Place of supply is determined by the rules, not by habit, and the charge mechanism is stated on the face of the invoice.

  • Place of supply applied per Section 12(8)
  • Forward or reverse charge stated explicitly
  • HSN/SAC on every line
  • Monthly statement per GSTIN
06

Proof of delivery

The delivery copy is signed and stamped at the receiver’s (consignee’s) gate, photographed on the spot, and attached to the consignment before the driver leaves. You are not waiting weeks for a paper copy to travel back to a branch office.

  • Photographed at the receiver (consignee) gate
  • Attached to the consignment immediately
  • Downloadable from the portal
  • Original couriered on request

How it works

From your phone call to your invoice

01

Tell us the load

Origin, destination, weight, what it is and when it must move. A phone call or the form on this site — either reaches the same desk.

02

We quote in an hour

A rate against a named vehicle type, with the transit time and what is included. Nothing is booked until you agree it.

03

Vehicle placed, LR issued

The truck reaches your gate on the agreed date. The consignment note is raised at loading and the e-way bill recorded against it.

04

Tracked to the door

Live GPS through the whole run, every status change timestamped, and a signed proof of delivery photographed at the consignee gate.

05

Billed correctly

A GST invoice with the place of supply and charge mechanism applied properly, in your portal the same week.
